// The paid-admission operating system

Own Your Audience.

Sell tickets. Sell merch. Sell memberships. Sell replay content. Sell food. Sell VIP upgrades. Manage loyalty. All in one place.

The ticket is the first transaction — not the last. Built for any operator who takes paid admission: music venues, theaters, comedy clubs, churches, museums, festivals, and more.

// What you'd pay

See what you're paying today.

Most ticketing platforms charge a fee on every ticket sold. Whether the venue pays it or the customer pays it, that cost grows every time you have a great month. Arpejo is one flat monthly fee with your tickets included — most operators never pay a cent more. Drag the sliders to your real volume and watch the gap.

Cut of your ticket sales

Big platforms sell you a ticket button. Arpejo sells you the year between tickets.

Most ticketing platforms stop at the ticket. Arpejo just got started. Their show becomes a stamp on their profile. Their photos go on your wall. What they came for tells you who to book next. The next time you put a show up, they already know.

// Three sides of the room

Built for the fan, the operator, and the performer.

Most platforms pick one. Arpejo runs all three on a single database — every action by a fan, operator, or performer updates the same record in real time. Comedy clubs, theaters, music venues, churches, and more.

// What replaces what

One platform, instead of seven.

Most independent venues stitch together six or seven tools — ticketing here, email blasts there, photos on Instagram, surveys on Typeform, reviews scattered. Arpejo collapses them into one customer record.

// Questions venues ask

The honest FAQ.

How is Arpejo different from a ticketing company?

Most ticketing platforms are built around event discovery and the ticket transaction — once the show is over, that's largely where it ends. Arpejo treats the ticket as the front door to a year-round fan relationship that lives in your own app, your own Stripe, your own database. Every show becomes a collectible stamp on the fan's profile. Their photos go on your venue's wall. They tip the artist. They order food from their seat. They vote on the setlist. Their Spotify listening tells you who to book next. The ticket is just the start.

What about the artist? Why would they care?

Artists get a self-serve portal at /artist/ where they can claim their booked slug, run their own merch, accept tips, and pay out 85% of every dollar to their connected Stripe account — better economics than any merch table at a venue and zero of the friction of running a Shopify store. They also see a leaderboard of who at the venue actually listens to them, which is gold for tour routing and setlist planning.

How does the AI booking prediction actually work?

Three signals. (1) Your past show history — who you've booked, what they sold, attendance. (2) Your fans' real Spotify listening — when they create a profile and connect Spotify, we aggregate their top artists and feed that into the prediction. (3) Real upcoming-tour data from Ticketmaster. The AI looks at all three and ranks artists who fit your room, who your fans already listen to, and who are actually touring near you. Not guesses — grounded.

Do fans need to install an app?

No. Arpejo runs entirely in the browser as a Progressive Web App. Buy a ticket at the venue's URL, get a QR code by SMS or email, walk in. After the show, sign in to claim your stamp, see your photos, connect Spotify if you want — no App Store install required.

What hardware do I need at the door?

Whatever phone or tablet your door staff already has. The scanner is a web app — no scanner gun, no proprietary terminal, no leasing fees. Same for the runner queue at the bar and the kitchen display for in-show food orders.

How do I onboard?
